Common questions
Do you design the artwork, or do I need to bring a file?
Both work. We design in house if you need it, and we print supplied files. If you are bringing your own artwork, a PDF with fonts embedded and 3 mm bleed saves everyone time.
How quickly can urgent work be done?
Rubber stamps, photo prints and standard flex banners are usually same day. Fabricated sign boards need three to six days because of the frame work. Call us with the deadline and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We serve Balongi, Mohali, Kharar, Zirakpur and Chandigarh. Sign board fitting is done by our own team; printed goods can be delivered or collected from the shop.
Can I see samples before ordering?
Yes, and for cards and paper stock we recommend it. Paper weight and finish are difficult to judge from a photograph. Come to the shop and handle the options before deciding.
